How to Make Banana Sago Cream
Ingredients:
* 4 banana
* 1 1/2 cup of coconut milk
* 100 grams of sago pearls (soaked in water for 2 hours)
* 100 grams of sugar
* 4 pandan leaves
Procedure:
Put the coconut milk, sugar, and pandan leaves together and bring to the boil. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add the banana, sago pearls and simmer for five minutes. Take the pandan leaves out. Allow the bananas to cool down, put them on a plate, spoon the sauce over.
